Nuclear Magnetic Transition Moment

This term represents the interaction between the magnetic moment of a nucleus with an external magnetic field, the key interaction in NMR spectroscopy. In principle one of these will be required for each nucleus. The interaction is taken as:

-gNμNB.I

Note: This transition moment has not been fully tested.
